How do I place an Order?

Follow these steps to place an Order:

1. Search your Part through the dropdown list or directly search your required part on the Search tab, either via part name or part number.

2. Once the part is identified, add it to the Cart and then complete the Order processing by clicking Checkout.


How do I cancel the Order, I have placed?

If you are registered user, you can cancel the Order by going to "My Account" page and cancel the Order.

How do I create a Return Request?

If you are registered user, you can create a Return request for your Order under the "MY RETURNS" tab on the "My Account" page.

I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?

Your refund will be initiated within 6-7 working days from the time of Order cancellation.

Note: In order to be eligible for Return, product should not be used and should be Returned in the same condition as received with the original packaging. Also, in the unlikely event that the Product is found defective after opening the package, the product can be Returned.
